Nested table and overflow

I have two context tables where the 2ndary table will print overflow headings but the primary table of the nexted group will not print the overflow headings and the overflow text is defined just under the primary subform.

Any ideas? When I move things around in the hierarchy I find it very sensitive and can even loose all printing of the primary subform group.

I added the 2ndary table that was part of this next and I get it to print fine and force overflow so this is frustrating.
