Transport queue problem-Please help-urgent

Hi all,

I am getting a stange type of problem.I had installed my dev and quality on one box and configured TMS and included PRD as a virtual system.Now i have installed PRD and included in the TMS.Everything worked fine.all the transports that were in dev and quality queue were transferred to prd queue but there was a strange type of symbol before each transport which says that data file still needs to be transferred,so i clicked on adjust import queue in the menu and the queue was adjusted.Now when new transports come in the system ,it again shows that symbol saying data file still needs to be transfereed.Also it shows that my PRD import queue is closed.

why it is so.even after opening the import queue it says me the same thing.

It appears that your PRD does not point to the /usr/sap/trans directory of the DEV and QA boxes. That is, you are not using a shared transport directory.

Solution:

Mount the "usr/sap/trans" directory globally across the various SAP instances.

Or, in the transport profile point the "transdir" variable to <hostname>/usr/sap/trans
