SLD CONFIGURATION(PI 7.0 POST INSTALL ACTIVITIES)

Hi,

Can any one suggest me how to configure the POST INSTALLATION ACTVITIES OF SLD CONFIGURATION.

As I was unable to open the "http://<host>:<port>/useradmin/index.jsp " page.

Next thing While accessing "http://:<host>:<port>sld" page.

The follwoing errors facing by me

1. You do not have permission to view the System Landscape Directory. Minimum required: UME role with permission com.sap.lcr.LcrUser and J2EE role LcrUser. See the SLD Post-Installation Guide for details.

2.SLD not configured; configure the SLD in Administration first

So plz suggest how to proceed now.

Hi,

1.- Go to SU01 transaction in SAP and give all permissions SLD fot your user.

2.- Transaction SLDAPICUST, config all parameters. Then, check sld by transaction SLDCHECK. Check if sm59 transactions appear two RFCs in TCP/IP connection with the name.

SAPSLDAPI

if not, create both. Then, you must to open Visual Adminitrator and select RFC provider. You must to create two connection with the same PROGRAM_ID that you have configured in SM59.
