Hi,

when i created a sales document(VA01) sometimes the field Sales group start with a value but i need that this field always start without any value.

Hi,

Kindly Check the customer master record ( T.code VD02) for the custome for which you are trying to create sales order, then go to sales area tab and check the sales group field.Remove the value if anything is maintained then nothing will be displayed in when creating sales order through VA01.

at the initial screen of VA01, the customer is not yet mentioned, so the customer cannot be the cause.

The field is setup with a socalled SET/GET parameter.

If you have maintained the sales group parameter VKG in your profile, then it will default from there.

If no parameter is entered, then it will be taken from memory after it is entered once.

You can try to add VKG parameter with no value in your profile.
