Hi all,
we do have a problem with the SAP help on error messages. When an error message occurs in the SAP status bar, you can usually click on it and SAP comes up with an explanation. For some of our users, this is working, but some of our users only get an empty help screen.
Where can I make settings in SAP that everybody has access to those help pages?
Thanks,
Anne
if these users have Internet Explorer 7.0, you must install patch 22 for SAPGUI 6.40. if not, help pages do not display.
other expected errors are in web-enabled transaction such as tcode SOLUTION_MANAGER on your SolMan server.

Anne,
Empty help screen would normally indicate an invalid SAPGUI install as the Windows control isn't working properly. I would suggest re-installing the frontend on one of those machines and testing again.

Alastair
