false alert in alert inbox

Hi,

Our XI team has configured few alert like FILE_DUPLICATE_CHECK alert category in XI production system with alert rule.

By we can see false alert of FILE_DUPLICATE_CHECK in alert inbox even if there is no error for this FILE_DUPLICATE_CHECK.

XI team is confident about alert rule defined for this category.

Then how come false alert gets generated in alert inbox?

Any suggestion what needs to be check?

What about the logic that evaluates if the alert should be raised ? can you reproduce the problem? do you always receive the false alert?
