STMS with SAP oracle MSCS

Hi Basis Gurus,

I am installing SAP(ABAP+JAVA) in microsoft cluster...My databse is oracle 10g and i SAP system ECC6..

Node 1=ASCS+DB in Shared array and CI in Local disk

Node 2= dialog instance in local disk

but when i tested the failover sap is getting up in Node2 but STMS is not working after failover ,i think SAP gateway is installed only with Central instance and it will come with Dailog instance..how can i achieve STMS to be working after failover to Node2 with out chaging the IP address( Can i achieve that by installing a standalone gateway if so please tell me how to do that...Any help will appreciated..

Hi Praveen,

Have you if the share //<node 2>/sapmnt and /saploc is active ?

And please check also the permision for that share, and make sure all the SAP account have full access to that share

To get more detail infromation, can you do

1. tcode: STMS

2. Overview - Import menu

3. Click on the SID

4. Import Queue - Check - Transport Tool

Here you will get the detail why you STMS not working properly.
