Hi,

you can put this via trigger point and you have to assign mic and characteristics in routing itself to specific operation and at the time of confirmation u have to do confirmation at operation level .

then for suppose 3rd operation requires inprocess inspection then it will trigger after 2nd operatiopn confirmation.

reawrd points if useful to you.

Hi

You need not have any inspection plan for inspection type 3.

You have to create MIC in Tcode QS21.

Assign it to respective opration in Routing.

For this you have to activate inspection type 03 in material master QM view.

You have to use control key in respective operation in routing which alloows the inspection.

Hope it covers every thing.

Arun,

There is no special config settings as such,

you have to maintain

1 Inspection characteristics in the material master -Quality view- for that respective material, select the related checkboxes & make it active

2 Then in routing after the operation(production) enter another operation with control key QM01 & for that assign the MIC's

3 MIC are created based on your requirement, whether it is qualitative or quantitative etcyou can do it in QS21(Tcode)

4 Sampling procedure-A procedure that contains the rules for determining the sample size for an inspection. The sampling procedure also specifies the type of valuation to use for results recording You assign a sampling procedure to each characteristic in an inspection plan to calculate the sample size

Revert back if you need further enquiry

Reward points if useful
