What type of reports generally a support consultant maintain and report ?
Support Consultant will have to maintain the record of the issues handled & time taken to resolve it along with details of Date & may be Timing on which the issues we worked on. This may vary from company to company. Support consultant is responsible to resolve tickets.
In SAP I suppose a support consultant is not required to maintain or work on any specific reports.

If you want information of Standard SAP Reports available, it is as under:
Standard SAP SD Reports:=
Statistic Group:
Purpose To capture data for Standard Reports, we require to activate Statistic Group as under:
--> Item category (Configuration)
--> Sales document type (Configuration)
--> Customer (Maintain in Master data)
--> Material (Maintain in Master data)
When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.
Configuration:
IMG --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Settings: Sales --> Statistics Groups -->
1. Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers
2. Maintain Statistics Groups for Material
3. Maintain Statistics Groups for Sales Documents

In general the support consultant will be making changes in the reports which are created during the implementation. There will be few more added programs and functionalities for the the reports that are already implemented.
Few standard reports are
Smartforms for Invoice-- LB_BIL_INVOICE
Delivery Note-- LE_SHP_DELNOTE
Purchase Order MEDRUCK
Sales Order RVORDER01
Standard form for PO Smartforms is /SMB40/MMPO_L
Also,
Goto NACE tcode-> choose the application u want( like billing for invoice, PO)->output type->output type->processing routineon left side
Here u will find the standard program name and smartform .
Also chec k this thread for field addition.
