Dear All,
As I am working with a pharma company I need to input a text for MIC with some special charecters; e.g. "Particulate matter for = 10 µ"
But the problem is when do copy it from word or excel it get copied to the SAP master e.g. Tasklist, but as soon as I save and then check beck it in # sign, hence the sap rich text of the MIC in task list can't read it properly and get printed in COA (Certificate Of Analysis) such as "Particulte matter for # 10 µ". Surprisingly it take the "µ",completely ok but why don't read the "=".
FYI:- I have written this entire message in NOTEPAD itselh first and then copied it here, so I don't think that its happenig because of the richtext format of the SAP text. Am i right??
I think any STD askikey can resolve teh problem for me???
With Best Regards,
