yes it is possible using box and declare xpos ypos.
BOX XPOS 7 MM YPOS 0 MM WIDTH 82 MM HEIGHT 96 MM FRAME 10 TW
use this and try it.

yes told in reply it is possible with BOX command
for vertical line make WIDTH to '0'
for horizontal line make HEIGHT to '0'
