system copy same sid

This is the possible for the same *sid* for the Quality and production server .

any problem if taken lisence from the same SID. From SAP

Hi venkat,

As Wojtek say its not posible.

And if you think that by using the same id you can use the same license, than it will not work.

SAP generate the license also from your OS id.

So everytime you install a new OS you will need different license key as the hardware is different.

SID's of all systems in the same landscape MUST BE UNIQUE !
