Cant see F1 Help GUI 640

Hi,

We are in the process of GUI 640 roll out. I have 640 installed on my system and to my surprise none of the F1 help documents would appear. When I select some text in some transaction and press F1 a window pops up but with nothing in it (completely blank).

Can somebody help? It may be something to do with MS .dll that are loaded with the GUI.

SAP Front-End uses the Moniker protocol in order to show documents HTML (SAPHtml). Trying on the Mr.Google I have found a SAP Note OSS 738927: "The moniker protocol (mk:) is disabled in Windows XP/SP2 IE6". I’ve also found at Microsoft TecnNet the document #899864 and it tell as the same. I still searching for a patch.

Hi, just install patch 22 for SAPGUI 6.4
