Awaiting Approval <Approver's Name>

and how we can find number of shopping carts failed in approval levels for the days

The main difference IS

1) Awaiting approval ---> approval_state will be 5 ---> and the workitem will be with the approver .

the approver can see the workitem in the inbox.

2) To be Approved by --> approval_state will be 2 ---> and the workitem still is not with the approver.

the approver can not see the workitem in the inbox.

Here is the status code. I have never seen the SC ststus I1807.

Hi,

Both the statements logically mean the same...i.e.The SC is yet to be approved by some Approver.Particularly,the 1st text can be seen in the graphical view for the Approval(in item details) and the 2nd at the header level details.

Use the FM "BBP_PDH_WFL_CHECK_APPR_STATE" to check the approval status of the individual SC.
