Information regarding VC01N Sales Activity

Does anyone have information or links to best practice configuration for VC01N Sales Activities?

We are looking for a simple solution for sales calls.

Warwik and Lakshmipathi,

I rewarded points for both answers. Information was helpful. I spent a better part of a day searching for the Help File and the document explains some of the functionality.

I'm still looking for information on configuration. I've been searching building blocks but have not found the one that has a configuration quide.
