Specification User status profile and Status Network

Hi all,

I´m trying to define a status profile for the specifications in EH&S.

- First I define the user profile (IMG activity Enhance Status Profile),

- Then I specify the status network (IMG activity Specify Statuses): Status E0001, E0002....

- Finally, I activate the status profile that I have created.

My problem is that when I assign the status profile to a specification and then change the status, from initial to the following, it doesn´t stop in the last user status that I have created, it continues with SAP standard statuses. For example: E0001 - E0002 - E0003 - I571 - I570...

What can I do to avoid this? I have tried deleting SAP standard status, but it is no solution.

Dear,

You need to create user staus

You need define status1 ...status 2

One of the status you need to define as default

Then you need to assign the user status to object ,,,exampel network order/production order

Then each ststus has to be given the diredtion...when this status should be activated?

I am giving an example of Production order...just follow the stpes and change yr value

1. Define status profile in BS02

Click on create

Say status profile ZTECO

Text - No GR/GI

Language – EN

Double click on ZTECO

In change status :user status

Status no= 1

Status = GRGI

Short text = GRGI allowed

Initial status = ticked

Lowest = 1

Highest = 2

Status no= 2

Status = NGRI

Short text = NO GRGI allowed

Initial status = not ticked

Lowest = 1

Highest = 2

Follow the menu path

Gotoobject type

Select check box = PP/PM: order header

Click on user status pushbutton

You will come back to screen -change status :user status

Double click on status 1 line

You will be in “Change status profile – business transaction control” screen

Click on create

And select the radio button –allowed for following

Goods receipt for prodn. Order

Select “set” radio button for following

Revoke technical completion

Come back

Double click on status no 2

You will be in “Change status profile – business transaction control” screen

Click on create

And select the radio button – disallowed for following

Goods receipt for prodn. Order

And select the radio button –allowed for following

Revoke technical completion.

Select “set” radio button for following

Technically complete

Come back

Save it

In OPJH

For a given order type

Assign this status profile in StatusProfile Header field.

Save and come back.

Now create production order and test.

As I told you Whence CLSD status is reached, activate the user status to be activated. This user exit cannot be changed with out a proper authorization...and without changing this authorization you cannot change the status CLSD.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I have tried what you´ve said, but it doesn´t work for me. I´m not working with PP/PM orders, but with EH&S specifications, so when I get to "Business transaction control" screen and click on "Create", an error appears "No entries can be made"

My problem is that I don´t know how to link status profiles with status networks, so that the only statuses used are the ones I have previously defined (E0001, E0002...), not the SAP standard ones.

Any help will be useful.
