SXI_CACHE issue for BPM scenario

Hi Experts,

I am doing File -> XI -> File BPM scenario. The Sender file is deleted from the input folder and its not placed in the output folder.

In SXI_CACHE under Integration Processes, I couldn't see any BPM services. Could you please tell me what could be the problem?

Do we need to do any Admin settings for BPM scenarios?

Hi,

Check in SM59 if you can successfully test the destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and Also check if user PIISUSER is locked or not.

In SM59 for INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

I am getting the below status

For, Path Prefix /dir/hmi_cache_refresh_service/ext - Status HTTP Response - 200

For, Path Prefix /dir/CacheRefresh - Status HTTP Response - 500

BASIS team used the /dir/hmi_cache_refresh_service/ext PathPrefix, but I have changed it to /dir/CacheRefresh to get the 500 status.

Is it correct?

Hi Biplab,

In Runtime, the Sender file adapters are successful, but nothing displayed for Receiver file adpter.

In SXMB_MONI, its scheduled status with green flag and SXMB_MONI_BPE I couldn't see anything.

Sara,

Green flag means your message is getting transfered but stuck in any queue or Moni or cache is not getting refreshed.

Just do one thing, Just edit your all objects like mention any thing in description and activate them again in change list.

Delete all previous queues and your messages in RWB.

Then try again.

also Try a test message from RWB and see message monitoring. any error or successful message.

Hi Kasturika,

I get the following messge in SXI_CACHE

Unable to refresh cache contents (red status)

Error during last attempt to refresh cache (red status)

Before executing any scenario, I go and refresh the SXI_CACHE then I get the below messages

Cache contents are being refreshed (yellow status)

Error during last attempt to refresh cache (red status)

After the SXI_CACHE refresh, I am not facing any issues for normal scenarios.

But for BPM scenarios after the SXI_CACHE refresh also, its not working.

Do we need to do any settings to do BPM scenarios?

Hi Sara,

I guess ur message didn't reach the integratiion server.

Check in RWB and sxmb_moni.
