Queue error in SXMB_moni

Hi,

Staus of the messages in SXMB_MONI remain as "scheduled for outbound processing" and the staus of the queue is "stopped". I could find following details in queue id :

status "system fail"

details : XI restart in qRFC not allowed

I tried to register queues also.

plesae let me know how to make these queues active.

Hi Rajesh,

Unlocking queue should resolve your problem.

thanx for the quick response. the queue id is XBT01. Even after unlocking the queue also I am getting same error.

Hi Rajesh,

some messages are strucked in que.

please double click on que-id

then you will enter either SMQ1 and SMQ2.

you can find-out some que-id as entries.

please unlock the que and refresh it.

then all messages will release from que.
