Sales qty. in planning book

Dear Experts

I have 36 months (from 01.01.2005 to 01.01.2008) sales data in cube.

I have done the following steps

CVC's generated

Planning area initilization

Maintained forecast profile

Back ground job scheduled for system forecast (statistical forecast run)

When I entered into interactive demand planning,

I am able to see the following

system generated statistical forecast for the next four months (Feb'08 to May'08) and Primay sales qty's are there upto May'07 but there is no primary sales figures from Jun'07 to Jan'08 in Primay sales keyfigure.

I have maintained bucket profile for past 24 months and future for 4 months.

What could be the reason behind there is no sales qty's in the planning book from Jun'07 to Jan'08

Could you pl. tell me where I have missed the steps

this is very urgent and do the needful pl.

Can you confirm if you see sales order quanities in Infocube first for the dates you mentioned? If there are none in Infocube, there will not be any in PLanning Area. You can do a transaction Listcube to find this out.

Yes srinivas, sales data is available in infocube from 01.05.2005 to 31.01.2008 (37 months data) .

We have loaded these data in two seperate files one is from 01.05.2005 to 31.05.2007 (23 months) and 2nd file is having data from 01.06.2007 to 31.01.2008 (8 months data).

But system pulling the data from form first file upto May07 into planning book. so, we are able to see the primary sales data upto May'07.

But there is no Primary sales data from Jun'07 to Jan'08 in planning book.

What could be the reason behind that?

Pl. help any one in this regard

Once first file is there in Infocube, take it to planning area using TSCUBE transaction using a very specific time range. Then use the second file and do the same with another variant of TSCUBE transaction with a different time range. It looks either you are using same TSCUBE variant for loading into planning area or are doing destructive updates to IC.(infocube)

Yesterday itself, the problem has been solved

In infocube one rejected request is there in the queue

we delete that request and then these requests turned into reporting status.

Now sales data has come into planning book.
