Hi All,

We are trying SRM-MDM scenario.

For that to send the data from SRM system, there are transactions like

BBP_CCM_TRANSFER to transfer Catalog Items to SRM MDM Catalog

Report – ROS_SUPPLIER_SEND_TO_CATALOG to transfer suppliers to SRM MDM

Catalog

I want to know in which format these transactions are sending the data?

Also If there is any transaction to track the data which sent by these transactions?

Hi Nikhil,

As i told you before, these are the transaction related to the SRM-MDM Catalog Scenario specific.if you want use these then you have to implement the whole scenario.

Anyway, by these transaction, tha data will be replicated in the form of XML file.

to monitor the same data file, you can use the transaction "SXMB_MONI" in the SRM System.

or you can see the data in XI System also in the same transaction if you configured the whole scenario.

Hope this will clear your doubt.

Hi Saurabh,

Please tell how data goes to XI? what are the settings we have to do in SRM for sending XML file to XI?

Do we need to configure PROXY?

Hi Nikhil,

you dont need to configure any proxy.Sap has shipped the preconfigured proxies for the transaction.

you can just refer the SRM-MDM Configuration file and related docs for this.you can find it on the Service market place.

My messages are there in SXMB_MONI of SRM.

But its not reaching XI.

As u told we dont need any settings on SRM.

The receiver field of message in SXMB_MONI of SRM is blank.

Can you please tell why its happening???

Hi Nikhil,

Have u done Configuring Setup for ABAP Proxies in SRM :

1. use Transaction SM59 for creating RFC destination for HTTP( TYPE H) where u Specify Host Name of the PI server, Service Number and Path Prefix in Technical Settings tab.

2. u also need to configure SRM System as Local Integration Engine. For this enter transaction SXMB_ADM .
