Hi,
We are going to upgrade our ERP to ECC6 (NW2004s), do we have to upgrade our APO4 too?

No need to upgrade APO this time you may do it in next phase.
But you will require to Identify the Area which is related to APO changed in ECC 6.0.
If Yes then may be you will require to do necessary changes in that objects.
