ERROR: FSL-02013

Hi,

I am trying to start a SAP WEB AS 6.20 installation, but when I run the sapinst I get the following error even before sapinstgui is started:

FSL-02013 Unable to access /tmp/sapinstdir/keydb.1.xml Transport endpoint is not connected

In the installarion directory /tmp/sapinstdir I have the keydb.xml file.

Anyone knows what is happening?

to install, you must run it from two levels down from root directory. i.e. /tmp/install/dbinstall

Hi Santiago,

I have not worked on WEB AS 6.20 but only on 6.40. But when we face such a issue, and if it is okay to start the SAP installation a fresh, what we do is rename the dir /tmp/sapinst to /tmp/sapinst_old

2. Create a new dir sapinst under /tmp with every one full control on the dir.

and start the installation again

This should resolve the issue.
