Page skipping issue while printing TAGS using SmartForms

HI gurus...

i have an issue in development of a smartform program

here the program gives proper print preview

but when printed it skips pages in between the tags

Program is made to print tags, each tag has a height of 5 cm

and is printed on tag stationary..which is similar to cheques..

when we give a print command it prints one page (each page is of 5 cm hight)and then leaves 4 pages(total all pages combined together the height is equal to that of an a$ size paper) then prints the second page..again skips 4 pages then prints ....it wastes a lot of stationary

page format is created and the window size is also made small

it is an urgent issue as the tag printing is on hold

the problem seems to be due to drivers of printer

solved the issue by giving an option of PDF generation

user prints the pdf of the same

as the interaction of the printer is with windows now the page skipping issue has stopped
