Is it possible to secure software component version?

I want to make it readonly.

You can set authorisations per user for the same.

Hi Sergey

In your Integration Repository, double-click on your Software Component. There below namespaces, you will find an option, 'Objects Are Modifiable', just uncheck it and activate. Your objects under your software component becomes readonly.
