Authorisation SAP_ALL with exceptions

Hello!

I'm on R/3 Enterprise 4.7 WAS 620.

I have an user who needs to do everything in the system with exception of acces to certain G/L and vendor accounts.

I know how to restrict access to accounts, but how do I create such a big role? I can't use SAP_ALL profile because it overrides all the restrictions.

If I could find general roles for modules (for example, SAP_FI_ALL), it would be easy. However, there aren't any.

Is there a way to copy the (parts of) application menu to a role menu?

What should I do?

Hi ,

U have to create Module specific Roles ( HR,MM,SD,FI)

This u can do in PFCG Transaction ..

Instead of assiging SAP_ALL u have to assign the Roles of other modules he needs.
