On what basis,system will find Confirmation Qty date in thew sales Order....
In the Back ground wot system checks...........
(Iam going to Dram Flowchart....)
Please let me know..........Step by step...

Actually, to find out the materials confirmed date, we need to maintain different operations time like
Picking time, packing time, transit time, transportation planning time, goods receipt processing time, purchase processing time so on in a predefined way.
these are maintained at various levels like material master MRP 2 and MRP 3 views as well as shipping point settings level.
Based on the above settings, the system will backcalculate a particular date (ie, backward scheduling).
In that particulat date, if the material is available, it will confirm a future date as a confirmed date.
IF the material is not available in the particular date, it will do forward scheduling & it will propose a new date as a confirmed date.
