Hi,

Please help me to send a PO as attachment in EMAIL. tell me the procedure.

PO Number is send to mail via ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING function module.

i need to attach PO as a mail to user...

please tel me , how to change. what is the use of funciton ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING module.

how to set mail option in Transmission medium?? how to attach the PO?

Use transaction NACE, select application EF. Click on Output types. Select your output type and double click on processing routines on the left part of the screen. Here maintain the form name and other details for transmission medium 5. Also note, for this to work, the mail id of the vendor should be maintained in the vendor master and the required config from Basis end should be done to send the mails out of the SAP system. System itself takes care of attaching the PO as a PDF.

If you are using adobe forms then output medium 5 wont work (Adobe doesnot support email and fax). but there is a workaround.

I already can send my PO as attachment and everthing works ok, but I need add a message into the body mail, Do you know where I have to configure o add code to add my own message?

I'm working on SAP 4.7.
