Unable to log on to system DM0 in language EN with user PIRWBUSER

What is this error?

Hi,

Check whether the user PIRWBUSER is locked? you can check it in the transaction SU01 of DMO system.

Also check the communication channel monitoring for RWB-> Adapter Engine -> Comm. Channel Monitoring and choose your channel and see whether there is any error message.

Hi,

Check the error message in SXMB_MONI. if you could see any message in that.

the failure can be due to mapping, receiver interface configuration etc..

Hi,

Check whether the file is picked up from the source directory.

If not check the file name and if you are using ftp then check for the user credentials as well.

Check whether user has permissions to read/write message from the directory you have specified.

Hi Sanju,

Ckeck the Source directory and File name parameters

Ex:-

Suppose my file is in the following location

192.168.1.98\Folder1\Folder2\Sample.xml

The Source directory:
Folder1\Folder2

File Name:Sample.xml

Should not maintain the non printable characters in between.

Thanks,

Satish.

Hi,

If you have setup the FTP server, you have two ways of processing files from FTP server i.e either you can use anonymous login ie. without any specific user details or you can access the ftp server with specific user.

sanju,

The user which u configured in File comm.channel will responsible for reading and writing file.I won't think so there is any problem connecting to the fTp server, coz ur comm.channel doesn't throw any errors. My only doubt is the folder might not have permission check what permission level u set. did u gave 777..

I don't think it is any problem as before it was showing me error - It cannot log in....

I have defined correct user in the CC and it didn't show any error.

Hi,

since your file is not picked up, check what type of processing mode are you using, if it is Test mode file will not be deleted, so choose delete mode.

What user have you specified in CC, is it the FTP user name and password.

It is deleting from the folder.

Now I have changed from FTP to NFS. It is doing the same.....

Do you think it can be problem with component not properly installed?

Hi,

even now you are not getting any success/failure message in SXMB_MONI.

Is there any errors in Sender/receiver CC.

Raj,

The sender is working fine as it is deleting file from the folder - its the receiving end that is not giving me file out.

Do you think I am messed up in technical system or business system?

Nithiyanandam,

I don't see any message at all.

What will be the best way to see if my SXMB_MONI is well connected to my component?

Do I need to change my Technical system or Business System??

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,

Check audit log in message monitoring for the error and if you have used file content conversion in receiver adapter check the parameters which you have given are correct.

Ok, Did u created Sender agreement? Also verify the path structure, u need to use \ (ba`kward slash)

Target Directory value is "\" and file is xi_output.xml

I checked senders agreement : No errors identified during check.

Thanks for your help.

Sanju,

Leave the target directory. First we need to analyze why the message not picked from source directory. Check out for file names, it is case sensitive. Also verify the slashes for source directory too.

Raj,

I mean to say was - I am using "\" root as the directory for both sending and receiving end.

I do have file sitting in there in "\" as in my FTP Server I am mapping it to my C:\

Hi,

are you trying to use your local machine as ftp or your are trying to process the file from the XI server.

If you are trying from the local machine as FTP, you have proper setup like it should be within the LAN network of the XI server. Check that first.

If not try to use the different ftp server or try to process the file from the XI server using NFS protocol where in in the XI server you need to have the folder which shared access and with read/write permissions.
