he can see the preview of script, after that how can I know whether the user selected menu option Print or not? Is there anyway to know did he select print option or not while he in Print Preview..?

Spool number will be generated once print option is selected . So depend upon the spool number you will know that the form has been sent to printer.

You can see the spool number in SP01 transaction .

Reward points if useful

Hi Nageswar

If they are running multiple scripts on the same day it is very difficult to us to

take the decision either he clicked the menu option print or not for that perticular

script which he is currently viewing. Is there any method to get this information

setting the parameter id or getting the parameter id.

There you will be getting a description of your script right. Also time. You can also filter them by user.

If you want you can save the spool number in your program and download to a file
