1.) Is the Data at header levels alwas applies to all the items? Where it will not apply .
header data applies to item data, but for situations where a material may belong to one div and the customer belongs to a different sales area(div). for this situation we make use of common divisions.
2.) Availbility Check is carried out in the Order or not and whereelse the availbility check carries out
Its done at Order, delivery and PGI.
3.) Can Credit memo Request be created w.r.t order?
yes,depends on the business process.
4.) What is shipmnt doc and Shipment Cost doc. How many Shipment Cost doc can be created for every shipment doc.
The shipping document is the central element of transportation planning and shipment completion. It contains all the information necessary for carrying out transportation.
shipment cost document
An object in which the shipment cost-related data are combined. The shipment cost document allows you to refer to parts of the shipment document for which shipment costing must be carried out separately.
5.)t Can Several Transportation Planning Pts assigned to a Company Code? In IMG , where i can see this.
The transportation planning point is assigned to a company code, but is otherwise independent of other organizational units.
