how to unlock user SAP *

I am facing problem when iwant to logon as SAP* error is user is locked when i check at oracle all users are open state.

Hi

When i enter through SU01 i will select SAP* as a user and then i will press unlock in that right but transaction is terminating with max run time error

for ur kind info i am entering as a normal user like h7abcd

Hi,

this is unusual habit of the system.

Check in transaction ST22 the error description.

Usually if you have missing rights to unlock users system should tell you and not stop with runtime error.

Looks like a job for your basis guys.

when i check with ST22 it is not indicating any rights to unlock the users problem major indication is TIME_OUT error default is 600 secs our basis guy is pot of station this problem is very urgent

Try unlocking using the FM SUSR_USER_UNLOCK

Sameer i executed SUSR_USER_UNLOCK with se37 transaction it's not working

unlocking users is possible in transaction SU01.
