Font color on the RFID screen

Hi,

I am having issue with the font color of the input fields on the RF gun.

On the RF screen, the color of the values in the fields are very faint and hardly seen. User has to set the angle of the RF gun to see the values correctly.

This issue is with all the RF screens including standard SAP and also custom developed screens.

Any pointers towards this issue are very helpful.

Hi,

You can do font settings in RF gun, Also check may be labels created with different style. Better to change the style and scan again.

On the PC, the font color is fine but when I am doing this on the browser or the RF gun, we are facing this issue.

There is no issue with printing labels. Ths issue is with data that is being displayed on the RF gun browser. The color is very faint. But when I print labels, the color of the font is fine.

Hi,

Please execute & check the RF transaction using PC. If they are fine there i think problem is with the RF device display.
