SMD agent is not connected.

Hi

When I try to start the SMD agent on the satellite system, I receive the folowing error message.

We didn't change anything on the SMD and unix. Anybody hava an idea ?

Hi Luc,

There is multiple possible solution:

- Bad user and password,

- Diagnostics setup wizard not done (maintenance mode still active).

- Firewall, did you try to reach the Solman system using telnet from the managed system?
