how to speed up Tool tips?

when floating the cursor over a toolbar element, how to make tool tips display faster? anyone know? (NW04s)

it takes about 3 seconds for such Tooltips to display - how to make them show up faster?

In the SAP GUI just below the menu at the top there is a button "Customize Local Layout". It is on the far right next to the ? for help. The icon has red green and blue vertical stripes.

Click on that then go to Options. On the Options tab change the "Quick Info" setting from Slow to Quick.
