Hi sowmya

first go to service and check your both instace is running or not

if its not running then go to following step

if you r using windows then go to windows -system32 -sapstartsrv.exe

and login

user name for login SAPServiceVXD (VXD is my system ID)

go your SAP logon screen right click on your XI sever go to

Properties then you will find system ID and system number

And for startprofile – go to usr/sap/<system ID>/sys/profile/start_<system_instances>_host

User Name SAPService<systemID> in my case because my system ID VXD so my user name SAPServiceVXD

Password- (password of user xisuper )

System ID --

system no

startprofile

user

password

Note- give me your mail ID i will send screen shot

Thanks

Hi Sowmya,

As per thread, restart your server and run sapstartsrv.exe and restart your server again.
