Currently, all time reported in the Console is set to GMT.
(for example 'Last Activity Time" under Admin-> Connections)
Does anybody knows how to change it to EST?

It is not possible in console. By defalut it's GMT. Because it picks time from server.

It is a Windows 2003 OS and the time in the OS is set to EST.
Is there another setting at the server level that I have to change?
No Nicholas, i dont think we have that functionality in MDM.
MDM server always maintain time in GMT format.
