NWDS->Help->About

Dear Gurus

I have upgraded my NWDS version to SP14 by uninstalling SP12 version and installing SP14 version. When I open the NWDS and goto Help->About, I don't see my NWDS version. I just see an eclipse icon and four buttons "Feature Details", "Plug-in Details", "Configuration Details" and "OK". Also when I minimize the NWDS, in the windows status bar, I don't see the NWDS icon but a empty white window. Do you have any idea why I don't see the NWDS version.

P.S : I checked the version.txt file in C:\Program Files\SAP\IDE\IDE70\eclipse it shows the version is 7.0.14 and also in the control pannel->Installed programs.

Hi

I ve faced such problem earlier. The NWDS installation has nt been completed successfully.

I then installed the NWDS in different drive of my hard disk and the mentioned problem disappeared.

I ll also suggest u to do the same.

I have un-installed, deleted the file structure of C:\Program Files\SAP\IDE\IDE70 shut down the machine. Re-installed NWDS but still my issue is not resolved.

Repeated the above step 3 times still no luck
