hi all,

I am working with XI 3.0 sp12 on windows\SQL server (separate DB Host),

The adapter engine used to register successfuly into the sld server (local sld) as af.<SID>.<Host>,

after a reboot he is register again (automatically) as af.<SID>. (without the host) so it is look like i have 2 adapter engine in the rwb & 2 of everything that the j2ee registration like servise, integration directory, etc. (abap SLD registration steel works fine),

is anybody had face this problem?

I had change the TMS lately, is it relevant?

Hey - I solved it myself. (I work with Liad)

If anyone get's this kind of behaviour you probably experience a problem with the J2EE server ability to retrieve the DB host name which should be used when naming you central adapter framework and all other central stuff.

I'm not sure if it can be retrieved otherwisw but if my default.pfl did not contain the parameter:

j2ee/dbhost=myhostname

It wouldn't work.

So make sure you have it..

Take care!
