Dear All,

We are Using SAP Enterprise 4.7x100 on Windows 2003 Server and MS SQL

Server 2000 as database.

my kernel 6.40 with patch 196, tp version 340.16.38, r3trans version

6.13 (release 640 - 07.01.08 - 14:25:00) and disp+work patch number 219.

During SPAM patch KD62023 update i am getting below error message.

The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase

IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST, which the Support Package Manager is unable to

resolve without your input.

After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the

import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial

screen of the Support Package Manager.

The following details help you to analyze the problem:

- Error in phase: IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST

- Reason for error: TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE

- Return code:

- Error message:

Notes on phase IMPORT_OBJECT_LIST

In this phase the object lists for the Support Packages in the queue

are

imported into the system. This phase can terminate due to the

following

reasons:

o TP_INTERFACE_FAILURE: The tp interface could not be called.

o TP_FAILURE: The program tp could not be executed. For more

information on this, see the SLOG or ALOG log file.

o COMMAND_FILE_IMPORT_FAILURE: The object list of one or more

Support

Packages could not be imported. For the cause of the error, see

the

log of the command file import.

A prerequisite of the Support Package Manager is that the Change and

Transport System (CTS) is configured correctly. For more detailed

information, read the online documentation available from Help -> SAP

Library -> mySAP Technology Components -> SAP Web Application Server -> Change and Transport System .

i did not find entry for SAPKD62023 in SLOG,

check background job RDDIMPDP is scheduled or not in client 000 under DDIC user if not reschedule it,

under /usr/sap/trans/log folder sort all files by date modified ( recent first )

you can find slogxxxx.SID and alogxxxx.SID check this file.

Hi,

ok do following

run stms_import tcode in SAP

now click on import history ( ctrl + F7)

you can find import history of SAPKD62023 plcae the cursor on request and click on logs ( ctrl + F4)

provide the error log by double click on error
