finding document number using tables KONV, KONP and KONH

Hi Friends

Using these tables I am able to find out details like condition record number, condition value etc, but what is the way to find out the document number ? I need the document numbers. How to go about ?

Dear Mahesh

Run KONV so that it will display the details. Make a note of the numbers populating under "Document Condition".

Now go to VBRK and give the same in "Doc.condition" and execute.

Hi Mahesh,

The konv table which you are using will give you Condition doc no.( KONV-KNUMH i think) . Take this field and put it in VBAK or VBRK table for getting Sales doc no. or Billing doc no.

These KONH and KONP will give details of Conditon records which we create in VK11 .

and KONV will give details of condition records related to documents i.e sales doc or Billing doc .

So if you want to find doc no. then you have to use KONV only and not KONP and KONH.

then u will get the detail for field selection go to environment in SE16 screen from Menu bar.
