bom sd issue

hi

while creating bom i am not getting corerect ans for LUMF

i created sales order with bom explosion ( LUMF)

it is not taking sub item total , i am getting ans main item + sub item total

1200+745=1945

suppose i should get 745 only but i am getting 1945

what is the solution for this problem.

Deva,

Go to item category detail .under business data tab you will find "statistical value field" here you can choose the option as per your requirement.

choose blank - if u wanted to copy sub item total to header total

see the discription for X and Y also.

This error is because of item category settings.

in your sales order the item categories must be like this:

For Main item:

OR + LUMF = TAP - ( No pricing relevant)

For Sub item:

OR + NORM + TAP (higher Level item cat) = TAN (which is relevant for pricing)

If the item categories are displayed in such a way, u will never get problem.

Hi Deva

From the above query, i understand that your pricing is being carried out at both Header level as well as item level of bomb. That can happen when item category is not determined correctly. If pricing is at headed the item level should be deactivated. check the item category determination.

Hi,

pl check the item cat for the header item. Incase of LUMF it should not calculate header price.

check TAP at VOV7 if its marked as relevant for pricing.
