VAT amount round off

Will you please tell me how VAT amount round off should be made?as the client had made a query for the same.

You can handle it 2ways.

If you want the standard rounding up or rounding down functionality, you can use the Rounding rule functionality of the condition type in V/06

If you want some custom made rounding, you can check the pricing routine 13 in VOFM or copy this and make a new routine of your reqmt. For this you may have to do rounding rules for company code and currencies in SPRO in FI.

hi sadanad,

In the condtion type for vat you can find the rounding off. Through this you can round off vat. I hope this will help you for move further process.

Please check the detailed view of VAT Condition type, there you can find a field for Rounding Rule .

You can set the following roudning profile:

1.Commercial Rounding

2.Round UP

3.Round Down
