Hi,

Two Questions:

1.Say for Eg, there is a Key combination of Sales/Org/Customer/Material and when we go to VK11 the Sales org/Customer should be mandatory fields. How can we do this?

2.When we go to VK11 and select any one key combination(take above combination as Eg) the field Sales org should always come with default value,Say 0001. How ?

Check the company code field i.e. BUK which you can get it from FD03. Place your cursor on it and use F1- Technical info -Parameter ID.

This gives you BUK for CC,

Finally, you enter the parameter ID and desired value in your user profile:

System - User profile - Own data.

On the Parameter tab you enter the parameter ID and value that you want to

be entered into the field. Save your entries.

But this has got a disadvantage. Wherever there is a Sales Org field it will populate it with the Value. If this is acceptable then you can use this way,

Hi,

You can go to the access sequence and select the condition table and go to the fields node.

In this node, you will have the fields of the condition table and for the Sales org field(in your case) in the column Spec Val Source, maintain the sales org as say 1000. Now the condition records you create using this condition table will automatically have the sales org as 1000.

If you maintain some field of a condition table as Header field when you are creating the condition table, it iwll automatically become mandatory field. Else you can also define that field as Key field in the c ondition table (which you can see in the technical view of the c.table). This also makes the field mandatory one.

Hi,

As per your need for a temporary fix you can goto VK11 and give ur required fileds whichever u want default values

and do the following setings.

System->User Profile->Hold Data then save it.

i think it will help u.

1) Goto V/04, condition table change screen, here u can make the fields to be displayed in header or footer, whether to be maintained mandatorily. these kind of settings can be done in the technical view.

2) the default sales org value can be done thro SU3 (user profile), there u need to goto Parameters, enter the parameter id for sales org. . so that u can achieve ur requirement.

It also can be achieved thro creating screen variants,

1) Any way wen u go to vk11 all are mandatory fields which u have given in the key combination field all fields u have to enter

2) I think its not possible iam not sure
