Send email from SAP give me message " Database error for <object_insert> <>

Dear all,

after we do client copy from production we can not send the e-mail from sbwp every time we try execute send (so00) give me this error,

" " Database error for <object_insert> <>" i already follow some suggestions in note

612902 - RSSOUSCO report ends with SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

but seem the issue stil there,

please any want give idea to solve the issue ,
