I am having problem in executing email output in order.In customer master email address is mentioned correct.But from order when I am executing the email output its going to some the customer email address not the one which is mentioned in the customer master.Can anybody tell me why it is happening??

Kindly check if the person who is receiving that e-mail has any relation to the customer of your order. I mean check if he is assigned as any kind of partner to the sold to party.
Check the partner function maintained for the transmission medium E-mail for that particular condition type that is going wrong.
You can also check if there are any multiple mail address mentioned in the customer master.

Hi,
Please check the same with the help of your ABAPer. There should be a functionality in your output that the sender's address is to be picked from somewhere else than the std sap fields. Thats teh root cause of the problem. So check with the ABAPer in the program related to the output, you can easily find out the root cause of the problem.

Kindly check output type in Va03.
go to extras-Output-Header-Edit
here u can see the Output type assigned, medium, parnter function & partner.
it will give u overview whether correct customer no is appearing or not. Furthr have u configured email as medium for this Output type.

No its not working.When I am checking issue output to there is not receipient is mentioned.Second in customer master only one email address is maintained not two email address.So there is not question of picking up by radiobutton.But when executing its going to someother custoemer email address.Any Idea why its happening??????

This means that earlier when the email address field was blank,there must be some changed done by ABAP development in the
process of output determination (may be in Output condition type),
which sent the order to a different email address(NOT mentioned
in the Customer master).
And due to this it is still doing the same !.
You need to find this changes through a ABAPer,
and change the email address there to the required one.

Dear Chakri,
As per my thinking this the cause for your problem so please check regarding that,
Go to VA02 transaction there you enter your Sales order no which is in the problem ,then click on sales document (at top of the left corner) --> Issue output to , system will take you to output popup screen there you click on print options it will take you to details of the issue output, there you check who is Recipient of that output at Recipient field and medium of the output.
If recipient is different change the recipeint to whom you wan to send the mail.

Kindly check in case if more than one email addresses are maintained then mail is sent to address which is set against Stnadard Number radio button.
Kindly mark the radio button for the email address on which u want to sent the mail.
