Recently we have started the business for retail customers which was earlier was only for Wholesalesr/Big projects. As per business requirement want to separate out the sale done for Retailers and these projects.
One way is to via distribution channel i.e. Wholesaler & retailer. is there any other way also thru which thes sale can be segregated.

separating them by way distribution looks to be the best. But if the product range is different then you can put them into a division and do it. And if the sales operations are entirely different compared to a wholesale then you can even think of separating them with a sales org.
But then it really depends on a lot many others how would need them, than just from the SD perspective. You also need to take into consideration the FI implications on this.
