Unable to see Inbound IDocs

I am sending IDocs from ECC to BW. I can see that the IDocs are being sent successfully. The status of the IDoc on the sender system is 03 ( sent to partner successfully) but there is no trace of the IDoc in the receiving system.

I verified the ALE configuration and it is set up correctly. The receiving system is even configured to send audits (BDM8 and Distribution model) for the message type being sent by the sending system.

Is there a listener or job that runs on the receiving system that creates the database idoc before it is visible in WE02 ?

I do think it is comminucation failure somehow.

Could you please check if person who iniitialize the sending of

the IDoc into a file, has the SAP-authority S_DATASET_AL?

This authority is needed for this person either who create the IDoc

- if the IDoc has to send immediately

- or for the person who send existing IDoc.
