I have been using SDN a lot and i feel that there should be enhancements in the way it wroks. There are two things which I think will greatly help all the participants. One is the chat option i.e. whoever users are online they are chat and discuss with each other the issues and the other thing is the online meeting thing where the users can see each other screen, so that the problem can be solved live. There are so many things which you can't tell by writing but if u have the system open and the other could see it, that would be wonderful. I think it would be really awesome if this is implemented. I appreacite your time consideration.
