LSMW Error

Hi Everyone

while uploading master data through LSMW iam getting the follwing error at the READ DATA Stage "fileC:\customer header lsmw.txt does not exist or is locked at the moment"

can somebody throw some light on this issue

Once you closed the text file, you have to start once again from "Specify Files" in LSMW. Please retry.

I think Gopi is right. Just check whether u have ur flat file open or not. if it is open the close it.

hi,

check if the flat file is moved from the original location than is specified as target while doing LSMW read or the excel file is still open meaning it can still be modified. so save the excel file and come out of it and ensure target location is correct.

Dear Mr Reddy,

Could you kindly verify if the parent excel file is open.

If so, kindly exit from the file and repeat the step of LSMW.
