BPM Alert/email

Hi all,

I have a BPM which sends alerts in RWB.How to convert this/,so that the alert message or the payload can be sent to user email accounts using email adapter.any step by step process is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ragu,

You need to configure SAP connect and maintain the e-mail address for all the users attached to your alert category. You can go to transaction SU01 and maintain e-mail address for the each user attached to the alert category and the e-mails will automatically be sent if SAP connect is configured.

Hi Ragu,

I doubt if you require SAP Connect for Mail Adapter...I could'nt find any mention of SAP Connect configuration for mail adapter in SAP documentation..

But if you want to send your alerts via e-mail then you need SAP connect...

In fact we configure this our project and it is working fine..
